Bathroom Assessment & Scope

We document what's behind the walls before a trade partner sees the project. That information transforms the contractor conversation and eliminates surprise discoveries during demo.
Systems Assessment & Timeline
We assess system age, condition, last service documentation, and current efficiency. We document projected replacement timelines and current Summit County cost ranges for furnace, AC, and heat pump systems. HVAC trade partners receive this assessment before the site visit, enabling accurate quotes on properly scoped replacements.
Roof Condition & Replacement Scope
We document roofing material, age, visible condition, attic ventilation, and gutter systems. We identify active moisture intrusion and assess whether repair or replacement is appropriate. Trade partners receive this documentation before their site estimate, which produces more accurate quotes and eliminates the "we found more damage than expected" conversation after work begins.
Basement Readiness Assessment
We assess the basement before any finishing work is specified, moisture penetration, drainage, sump system condition, structural concerns, and egress requirements. Finishing over an unaddressed moisture issue is the most expensive mistake in residential renovation.
