I started in the trades in 1999 with a truck, a tool set, and a commitment to honest work across Summit County. Over 27 years, I've renovated hundreds of kitchens, bathrooms, and first floors — and had thousands of conversations with homeowners about their homes.

The pattern I kept seeing: homeowners spending enormous amounts of money without a clear plan, reliable information, or a trusted advisor to help them navigate the process. They were getting bids they couldn't compare, making decisions without context, and fixing things in the wrong order.
