Hometown Builders Club is a home advisory service — not a construction company, not a contractor directory. We're an independent advisor that works exclusively for homeowners, helping them make better decisions about their most important asset.
Our core service is the Home Clarity Report — a $4,500 comprehensive home assessment. Beyond that, we maintain a lifetime advisory relationship with every client and provide access to a vetted network of Northeast Ohio trade partners.
What is the Home Clarity Report?
The Home Clarity Report is a comprehensive home assessment and planning package. After a 3–5 hour on-site visit from Adam Kilgore, you receive 8 deliverables within 5 business days: a 65-page written roadmap, architect-grade floor plans, a 3D exterior model, a 360° photo tour, scopes of work for priority projects, realistic cost ranges, a vetted vendor database, and lifetime portal access.
Cost: $4,500, one-time.
How is this different from a home inspection?
A home inspection is written for a real estate transaction — it's a pass/fail assessment of safety issues, written for the buyer's agent and lender. It's backward-looking and focused on disclosure.
The Home Clarity Report is written for a homeowner who plans to stay and invest in their home. It's forward-looking, planning-focused, and includes renovation roadmap, sequencing, cost ranges, and contractor-ready scopes of work. It's a living advisory document — not a disclosure form.

We serve Northeast Ohio — primarily Summit County and surrounding areas, including Hudson, Bath Township, Cuyahoga Falls, Fairlawn, Richfield, Silver Lake, Stow, Copley, Merriman Valley, Peninsula, and Akron. We also serve parts of Medina, Portage, and Cuyahoga counties.

Is the advisory relationship actually ongoing?
Yes — genuinely. One of the core things that makes HBC different is that Adam is available for questions, recommendations, and vetting throughout your ownership of the home. This is a real relationship, not a support ticket system.
Most clients contact Adam a few times a year — when they're ready to start a project, when they receive contractor bids, or when something unexpected comes up. The relationship costs nothing beyond the initial report.
