We talk about your home, your goals, and what's on your project list. No pitch. No pressure. If the Home Clarity Report is the right fit, we book the site visit. If it's not — if you need something simpler, or your situation doesn't call for the full Report — Adam will tell you that too. Free advice is free.

On-Site Visit (2 to 3 hours)

Adam walks your entire home. He photographs, measures, and scans everything while asking questions about how you live and what you want each space to do. He inspects every mechanical system. He discusses every project on your list. This is the only part that has to happen in person, and it only has to happen once.

Report Delivered (within 5 business days)

Your complete Home Clarity Report is live. The written document, floor plans, 3D model, 360° tour, project scopes, and Home OS dashboard are all delivered. Adam also records a personalized 15 to 20 minute video walkthrough reviewing key findings, priority recommendations, and budget guidance in plain English.
